At Gallus Apparel, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns- You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it.- Items must be:- Unworn and unwashed- In their original packaging, with tags attached- Free from makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or scent We cannot accept returns on:- Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”- Underwear, swimwear, or socks for hygiene reasons (unless faulty)

How to Return an Item To initiate a return:
1. Email us at gallusapparel@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will confirm the return and provide the return address.
3. Send the item(s) back to us in appropriate packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at gallusapparel@icloud.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.-
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.6. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund:-
Check your bank account again.-
Then contact your payment provider (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).-
